ABOUT TOM FERRARO

I work with CEOs and senior leaders who are successful on the outside—but know they can’t afford to lead alone. After 26 years in leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, I became a Vistage Chair to help leaders make better decisions, faster, while becoming stronger, more self-aware leaders in the process. I build and lead high-trust peer advisory groups across Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, bringing together growth-minded CEOs and key executives who are willing to challenge their assumptions, confront blind spots, and hold one another accountable. My work focuses on: • Strategic clarity and disciplined execution • Leadership team effectiveness • Accountability at the top • Constructive challenge—without ego • Developing the leader, not just the business. The right peers change how you think. Better thinking changes decisions. Better decisions change outcomes. If you’re leading a small to mid-sized business and want sharper perspective, stronger accountability, and meaningful growth—let’s have a conversation.
