Install and upgrade test systems, including hardware components and software updates. Monitor system performance and site behavior to ensure full functionality and customer satisfaction. Provide technical support remotely (via phone and email) to customers and field teams, assisting with site setup and operation. Perform advanced troubleshooting, including database analysis, system log review, and debugging product code to resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1. Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to efficiently resolve issues, escalate bugs, and report critical incidents. Work daily with Linux systems, networking, VPNs, and cloud-based environments to support technical operations.
