Responsibilities include all aspects of marketing, sales and distribution of a variety of equipment and software to the metal forming industry with an emphasis on the implementation of finite element simulation software for metal forming and heat treatment technology. Contributes to the development of QForm forging simulation and QForm-Extrusion simulation programs. Provides training and technical support for metal forming simulation software in the forging, extrusion and heat-treating markets as well as for academic research. Experience with the application of a variety of forging equipment with leading manufacturers. Builds and maintains relationships with equipment builders. Supplies automated turn-key forging cells as well as stand alone forging equipment including: screw presses, mechanical presses, pick and place automation, robotic automation, gas furnaces, induction furnaces, electric upsetters, trim presses and material handling systems. The principle markets served are hot and warm closed die forging, open die forging, aerospace, automotive, fastener, cold forming, non-ferrous forging, ring rolling, as well as aluminum, titanium and copper alloy profile extrusion.
