Assist the Director of Clinical Services with developing and maintaining quality and process standards for the department and translate policies and procedures into the daily operation of the Clinical team • Promote and maintain appropriate communication among internal stakeholders (pharmacists, nurses, technicians, medical assistants, and commercial sales operations team) while maintaining full compliance with relevant company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements • Advise sales, clinical, and marketing teams on the development of strategies and tactics in support of an adherence program (Medicare STARs) as well as HEDIS measures for health plans• Supervise a staff of pharmacists, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and medical assistants• Collect and analyze insights including the needs of members, physicians, and pharmacies• Collaborate with sales force to present in-person and web-based adherence programs• Respond to real time inquiries from external stakeholders via web-based, on-demand platforms• Develop collaborative relationships to show impact with internal and external stakeholders as well as Key Opinion Leaders to optimize member patient care• Coach and mentor colleagues on delivery of live presentations• Assist in developing personalized medication care management programs in the rare disease space and in other specialty medications, including some limited distribution drugs (Cabenuva® and treatment of Prader-Willi Syndrome)• Direct patient care experiences in the clinical management of high-risk patients through optimal medication use, risk mitigation, patient safety, medication adherence, drug utilization reviews, proper drug and dose selection, adverse effects management, development of care plans, clinical monitoring, evaluation, and patient follow-up• Pharmacy Benefit Management/Managed Care experiences including assisting and evaluating clinical prior authorization reviews and appeals for specialty medications
