Assists with new program development & implementation, and\\\\nexpansion opportunities.\\\\nWorks cooperatively with stakeholders in various governing agencies and\\\\nregulatory bodies in assigned areas to maximize and improve the effectiveness\\\\nof service delivery.\\\\nAssist with the process of onboarding new programs to ensure they are\\\\nappropriately set up, licensed, and successfully integrated into the communities.\\\\nEnsures the financial revenue is meeting regional expectation from all funding\\\\nsources\\\\nManage the daily operations of the region’s Compliance, Quality Assurance\\\\nEfforts, and organization\' s compliance directives/concerns with oversight\\\\nagencies.\\\\nEnsure regular scheduled compliance and quality assurance reviews and audits\\\\nof all DC/VA service lines occur in a timely fashion.\\\\nReview, monitor and maintain a system for assuring timely and proper follow-up on Corrective Action Plans,\\\\nQuality Improvement Plans and other issues and corrective actions defined through government reviews, audits and accreditation surveys\\\\nOversee and continually refine the region’s operational manual(s), risk\\\\nmanagement plan(s) and programs service delivery plan(s) in collaboration with\\\\nthe organization\' s risk management team\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
