Learning & Development Partner @Harvey Nichols

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Knightsbridge, I collaborate with my fellow Learning and Development Partners, the Learning and Development Manager and Store Director to foster a learning culture that empowers employees at all levels. My role involves creating adaptable solutions, crafting engaging content, and promoting current learning materials through various digital media platforms. I conduct regular virtual and face-to-face workshops and courses, and I support store managers with training packs for core skills and behaviors. Additionally, I identify training gaps and design relevant digital or face-to-face content, acting as a coach and advisor to the store leadership team. I\'m dedicated to staying up-to-date with L&D developments and supporting the diverse needs of our employees across the company, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Traveling to other stores for group-wide initiatives is also part of my responsibilities.
