I\'m Tom, a London-based ecommerce strategist with over a decade of experience in digital commerce. Currently, I work as a Consultant at VML, where I develop and implement direct-to-consumer strategies for global brands.My career has spanned various roles in ecommerce, from executive positions to consulting and management. I\'ve worked with a diverse range of companies, from startups to government organisations and large CPGs, giving me a broad perspective on the digital commerce landscape.At VML, I take a client-centric approach, working to understand each client\'s specific needs and aligning our strategies with their business goals. I work on building and optimising clients\' DTC operations. My expertise lies in developing innovative commerce experiences and optimising digital channels to fuel business growth.Previously, I worked as an Ecommerce Specialist at the Department for International Trade, where I helped shape the UK\'s digital export strategy and supported British companies in their international ecommerce efforts. This role gave me valuable insights into both the public and private sectors.My approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, always focusing on delivering measurable results for the brands and organisations I work with.
