I\'m an Olympic Champion & Multiple World Champion. I believe, and have always believed, that one of the key drivers of my success is my genuine care of others, my trust in people, and my ability to build meaningful connections. That connection creates the kind of environment where real performance happens.Through public speaking, I share that message with teams and leaders: that performance is a byproduct of trust, connection, and shared mission.Alongside that, my journey has been defined by a meticulous approach to training, a scientific mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence, principles that underpin both athletic and business success.Currently, I’m on a new journey as a co-founder of a soon-to-be-announced sports nutrition brand, built with a passionate, high-calibre team.
