Introduced an internal developer platform for TV built around HashiCorp Nomad, Consul and Vault. This reduced deployment times from 2+ days to approximately 10 minutes - enabling the seamless migration of a large number of workloads from on-prem datacenters to AWS with minimal engineering effort required from product teams and subsequently becoming the de-facto deployment pattern for new TV services. Led the migration from self-hosted, on-prem Kafka to Confluent Cloud - in the process enabling self-service provisioning of clusters, topics and accounts for engineering teams.
