   In I started helping students on the University of Colorado campus with their computer problems, at the time I did not have a formal business. I then joined forces with a college friend that owned an established company called Electronique Service and Consulting (ES & C). We continued to help students but began to switch our focus to helping businesses. In 2008 I became the sole owner of ES & C and changed the name to Computer Crews. With the change of name we migrated to only helping businesses, providing them a service we call Unlimited Helpdesk. Unlimited helpdesk has been great for our clients and great for us, it really allows Computer Crews to align our goals with the goals of the client making it a win-win solution. Unlimited Helpdesk is not for everyone; through our discussion we may find that it is not a fit for your company, but at least it will give you a new perspective on the way computer support can be done and will hopefully help improve your relationship with your existing vendor or another new vendor.
