ABOUT TOM CHURCHWARD
My passion and experience is in people development. My specialism lies in leadership development, emotional intelligence, coaching, talent management, career planning and Early Careers development. I work with a diverse mix of people, from front line to directors, internal and external customers, both within the UK and internationally. I have completed my CIPD level 3 & 5 in Learning and Development, an ILM level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring, a BTEC level 3 in training and I am also a NLP practitioner, amongst several other psychometric based practices.I am currently responsible for managing the people development strategy for Mole Valley Farmers, ensuring that all our colleegues have the skills, knowledge, behaviours and development opportunities to help the organisation achieve its objectives. I have previous experience in the entertainment sector as a mobile Dj, a enjoyable career that lasted for over 10 years and I am one of the presenters at hospital radio Exeter. Outside of work my time is taken up with playing rugby and spending time with my partner, two young girls and friends.
