As part of the wider leadership team at CFC Underwriting - a high-growth, private-equity backed insurance fintech business based in the City - I played a key role in driving the culture and strategy which helped grow the company over a ten-year period from 30 people to more than 850. During that time we secured three separate funding rounds, resulting in a deal valuing the business at over £2.5 billion in 2021.Having lived through a successful scale-up myself, I’ve seen how the constant need to innovate, grow, and adapt in real-time puts pressure on individuals and teams alike. I know what it takes to keep founders and their teams focused and resilient, and to keep the momentum going positively. I work with founders, executives and leaders at fast-scale businesses to help them navigate growth, build resilient teams, and make better decisions under pressure.
