I read that if you want the best business education, you should run a marathon. So in 2016, I did just that - running the London marathon in 3 hours 52 minutes. It was the hardest physical and mental challenge and taught me a lot about dedication; setting small goals to achieve success.I love inventing - be sure to check out my patent filings, all linked below. I think meetings should be run efficiently; so I got buy-in from all participants that anyone breaking the ground rules has to sing Justin Bieber - Sorry (link below). This transformed our meetings because everyone fears singing the Bieber. I pride myself in remembering everyone\'s names. Remember that a person\'s name is, to that person, the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
