ABOUT TOM BROWN
I have recently taken on the role of Global Head of Sustainability (Our Impact Plan) which involves leading KPMG\'s own sustainability plan and delivering on our ESG commitments. I am part of KPMG\'s leadership team developing our response to ESG both in the market and for our own business. I have led the KPMG input to the work of the World Economic Forum on ESG reporting. I am the KPMG Commissioner for the WBCSD\'s Business Commission to Tackle Inequality. Until 2019, I was KPMG\'s Global Head of Asset Management responsible for leading our Audit, Tax and Advisory businesses serving clients in the asset management and funds industry around the world. I have been actively involved in the global regulatory change debate post the financial crisis and I spearheaded KPMG’s successful focus on Alternative Investments. I am a speaker at many industry conferences including Fund Forum International and I have authored numerous thought leadership reports including “Evolving Investment Management Regulation” and \"Investing in the future\". As well as leading the practice, I spent most of my time working with clients. I have been the client lead partner for a number of significant investment managers and hedge funds.
