I lead recruitment campaigns, implement talent strategies, and drive global improvement projects, with relationships, value, and candidate experience at the core. My experience spans Semiconductor Manufacturing & R&D across the UK and Europe, as well as IT, Procurement, HR, QA, Finance, Facilities, and Education for many clients in both private and public sectors.I am also the Co-founder of the Global Nexperia Pride Network, fostering safe spaces, events, and educational initiatives for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.At Nexperia Manchester, we are 1,200+ strong, producing over semiconductor wafers every week that power essential technologies worldwide. Together we form part of a global semiconductor company with employees, headquartered in the Netherlands, operating in multiple countries including Germany, China, Philippines, America, Malaysia, India, UK and Hungary.
