I have 20+ years of track record in finance and banking law at progressively more senior levels with particular focus on cross-border transactions in developing and emerging markets. I have managed projects, teams and resources. Experienced negotiator with variety of private counterparts as well as government officials and regulators. Versatile professional with broad regional and sector experience who has managed complex debt and equity projects in energy, infrastructure, transport and manufacturing industries as well as capital markets. Having worked in Eastern Europe, Istanbul (Turkey), Beijing (China) and London (UK), I have first-hand understanding and ability to adapt to cultural sensitivities and diverse backgrounds. I am qualified as a lawyer in both common and civil law jurisdictions, and have private practice and in-house experience.
