Responsible for establishing the US subsidiary from the ground up — entity formation, go-to-market strategy, sales, channel development, and operations.Building two channels in parallel: Amazon FBA for brand presence and B2B wholesale targeting hotels, restaurants, bars, specialty retailers, and distributors. Managing all US-side commercial, legal, and financial operations as the sole senior operator.
