Technical Lead Manager (TLM) for an 8-person hybrid team (3 direct, 2 dotted line reports). Starting as a team focused on developing file systems broadly used internally for software artifact distribution, our work expanded to delivering streamlined and seamless solutions across the broader software supply chain within Google.As Technical Lead Manager, my responsibilities are twofold: On one hand, I\'m responsible for defining the team\'s technical strategy and overall technologies for our products, prioritizing work and making key technical decisions, providing technical mentorship, and allocating projects effectively to ensure the successful delivery of the team\'s objectives. On the other hand, I am also responsible for fostering the development and growth of the team members, mentoring them along the process, and building a positive and inclusive team where everyone can bring their full selves and their best work.

I\'m the Technical Lead and Manager of a team at Google working on software supply chain and distributed file systems. As part of my role, I\'m actively developing mostly in C++, Go and Python.I have worked and led multiple projects throughout the stack, from designing and creating a new web UI for one of our filesystems in Dart, to developing a new authorization server for one of our filesystems, or improving the client libraries by converging them into a single framework and introducing multiple performance improvements.I have received 4 internal code health awards for impactful work I led that improved code health and reduced tech debt.I\'m passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, being an active lead of the Latinx community within Google since 2019. I have co-created and led the first Latinx Student Leadership Summit organized by Google in EMEA, and my contributions to the space have been recognized and awarded by SVP and COO levels.
