I have over 20 years of experience in leading the L & OD function during the times of change and culture shifts.I am specialised in Training & Development both for external and internal customers, including mid-level managers, sales, customer service and relationship managers.I believe in order to create a successful organisation; one must recognise, respect & nurture the creative potential of each employee, thereby fostering a healthy learning atmosphere.
