As OSP field manager, I direct the daily and future builds within the State of NY. This includes managing the construction, splicing and make ready. As new areas are chosen, I prefer to be \"boots on the ground\" to determine aerial and underground routing of the new build area. Myself, along with my outstanding team, facilitate every aspect to completion. Daily, I oversee make ready construction crews, internal or external construction crews and splicers. And I am at the forefront of any issues that may arise during the buildout. Along with this, I also directly deal with State or local municipalities regarding any permitting needs or issues. I regularly have direct relations with Telcos, power companies and other third party attachers.
