I have worked as a Senior Surveyor in Knight Frank\'s National Shopping Centre Leasing Team. In this role I have been directly responsible for leasing of some of the UK\'s leading shopping centres, providing a range of services from day-to-day agency to strategic advice.In the Shopping Centre Leasing team I acted for a variety of Institutional Shopping Centre & High Street Landlords, Retailers and Leisure Operators, providing a market leading service through an extensive network of contacts and up‐to‐date retail knowledge. ABOUT TOM WILLIAMSON
I have previously been working for a firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role of a graduate surveyor has given me a platform to better understand all commercial property sectors and their related issues including Agency, Capital Markets, Valuation, Asset/Property Management, Planning and Development and Landlord and Tenant services. My time at the firm was split between both the Agency and Valuation teams.In the early stages of the Covid 19 pandemic my employer placed all graduates on furlough. As the pandemic progressed my employer underwent a redundancy process culminating in many of their graduates being made redundant.I am registered on the RICS APC and plan to sit my final assessment in Spring 2021 with a view to becoming a full member of the RICS.I am looking for a graduate surveying role in London to continue my professional development in a faster paced environment.
