ABOUT TOM WILLIAMS

Senior Legal Counsel at Teya. As a legal counsel at IMMO, I provided legal advice and support to one of the leading proptech companies in Europe, with operations in multiple countries and a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. I was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with data protection and company law regulations, and managing legal risks and disputes across a wide range of matters.Before joining IMMO, I was an Associate at DLA Piper UK LLP, where I gained valuable experience in the IPT / Technology and Commercial Contracting team, working on complex and high-profile transactions for clients across different sectors and jurisdictions. I also completed my training contract at DLA Piper, during which I developed my commercial awareness, communication, and analytical skills. I hold a LPC and MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, and a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter.
