A tenacious and driven Business Leader leading a dedicated team of Event Power Engineers and Support Staff in a highly competitive market with a high level of skill and Operational Drive. With a forward thinking approach to all situations, an eye for detail and keeping constantly abreast of new developments in an industry that is opening its eyes to becoming Greener and more sustainable, I seek to deliver clients solutions that not only fit their events needs (recognising year-on-year changes and proactively capturing data from events to allow further improvement and efficiency) using our own and wider resources, but also build long-term committed client relationships to maintain a high level of client retention year-on year.
