I’m a global operator and transformation leader with 16+ years of experience building international teams, fixing what’s broken, and scaling what works — across marketplaces, Fortune 100, AI-enabled learning, regulated tech and marketplaces, and the U.S. military. At Multiverse, I lead global operations alongside B2C fulfilment, managing a $60M budget and a 400+ person team. I helped redesign the org during hypergrowth and now sit at the intersection of operational scale, AI adoption, and customer experience — integrating data and coaching across a 1,500+ client base.Before that, I led turnarounds and international growth at Bird, drove post-merger strategy at McKinsey, and commanded combat engineer units in Afghanistan and Germany.
