About Tom White
My legal practice in litigation and regulatory law spans a number of industries. However, my work primarily focuses on businesses engaged in highly regulated industries, such as beverage alcohol, unmanned aviation, and environmental mitigation banking, among others. The beverage alcohol industry is a key focus of mine—it’s in my DNA. My grandparents once owned a liquor store, and my father has worked for a wine and spirits wholesaler for more than 30 years. For me, beverage alcohol law is an exciting way to combine my family history in the industry with my own legal skillset and experience advising clients on Florida regulatory law, state and federal litigation.
