Tom West, P.E, M.B.A. possesses a unique combination of leadership, engineering, environmental, management, business development and investment skills through 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industries. Tom\'s corporate experience includes executive leadership, operations management, and business and corporate development leadership. In these roles, he has established and grown new offices; developed/expanded new service and technology offerings; developed, invested in, and commercialized new technologies; and created/improved internal training and communication processes.In addition, Tom helps agencies in major metropolitan areas develop then implement integrated water management (\"One Water\") programs. Recently, Tom was the project director for One Water LA program which is now serving as Los Angeles\'s road map toward sustainable and resilient water supply, wastewater and runoff management programs.Lastly, Tom has directed seawater desalination, water recycling, groundwater banking, water treatment, stormwater and watershed management, and imported water projects for more than 100 cities, agencies and private clients. Tom has also led efforts that have secured more than $100 million in grants funds from State and Federal sources. In addition, he has served in various roles on more than 40 drinking water quality and treatment projects throughout California, North America, and Asia.
