Since 1996, I have been a member of the executive management team for The Schipper Group, a multi-sector real estate development and management company focused on office, medical, retail, multi-family, industrial and land development opportunities in northeast Ohio. My primary roles include acquisitions & dispositions, lease negotiation, asset management, development oversight, legal & title, financing, marketing, corporate administration and strategic planning.
