An AI and Data delivery leader and advisor, focused in Defence. Have built and led AI development and product teams, using user-centred design to deliver trustworthy AI systems. I specialise working with people to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions, presenting recommendations in plain english.AI is rapidly becoming a transformative general technology, and it’s my mission to find ways to use it effectively and safely aligned to users’ intent, while helping as many people as possible to adapt to new ways of working with it.I started my career as an aero-propulsion engineer, coding simulations, and generating and analysing datasets, before moving to systems engineering and gaining engineering chartership.While I mainly deliver agile projects, I’ve also experienced delivering org-change projects using traditional P3M approaches, across defence, policing and energy sectors.Outside of work I live an active lifestyle including cycling on and off-road
