I advise clients on environmental matters that require consideration during: the acquisition and sale of real estate, the planning process, and permitting. I enable clients to visualise constraints and opportunities related to their assets in a geospatial format. I have undertaken a varied suite of works, comprising Contaminated Land Risk Assessment (all phases), Mineral Resource Assessment, site characterisation, and ground modelling. I have successfully advised a diverse client portfolio, ranging in scale from small residential developments, to nationally significant infrastructure projects.Utilising both my professional and academic experience, I endeavor to add value to each instruction undertaken by providing clear and concise visualisations of data that summarise technical documents.
