Hey, I’m Tom—founder of Tombachi, a hibachi food truck that started as a backyard project and grew into something much bigger. After a few years in software sales, I decided to jump headfirst into the food world, and in 2022, Tombachi was born. Since then, we’ve expanded to two trucks and a permanent arena location, serving up delicious hibachi and making a name for ourselves in Raleigh.Along the way, I’ve had the chance to apply my sales experience to building a brand and running a business, and I\'ve learned a lot about what it takes to make a food truck thrive.
