About Tom Ubelhart

25+ years in the Manufacturing industry working with some of the most advanced equipment and the newest technology. I have managed large scale projects for OEM, Tier 1 and 2 customers. As well as project management, manufacturing support and program support. I managed the advanced teams of 20+ NC/CNC programmers and machinists at NobleTek. I’ve had impact in the creation of new teams in a company including the development of the ANC (Advanced NC) team at NobleTek. This group was created to better expand the footprint of NobleTek. To specialize in the programming of 3-5 axis machines, cutting composite and metallic structural components for the Aerospace industry. I have specialized in process improvement of aerospace components as well as supporting the manufacturing process of the parts for the over 4 year. On average saving our customers 15-20% of the total run time, reduction of tool wear and wasted air time.Very knowledgeable in the use of many programming software including Catia, NX, WorkNC, PC Diems, Dell Cam and Mastercam and verifying toolpaths with Vericut.I\'ve also worked in business development, project management, and Account managing to help give our customer a better experience.
