He is the prior leader of the Deloitte initiative to provide thought leadership and services delivery to the Advanced Metering and Smart Grid market, and the SAP Utilities practice leader from 2001 to 2008. While working over the past fourteen years with Deloitte, Tom has focused on delivering and leading large-scale business process and technology transformation initiatives for utility companies. These include full-scale enterprise resource planning solutions, work management and field operational systems, customer information systems, CRM solutions, metering technologies, business process reengineering, and merger integration. As the leader of the SAP Utility Practice, Tom has been the catalyst working with SAP to define its joint strategy for bringing the SAP solutions to the utility market.
