Oversight of all Corporate, Contractual and Regulatory training, certification and environmental matters as they pertain to the delivery rail projects. Support the implementation of related training management processes that include training program structures and content, records retention, regulatory filings, certification / recertification requirements. Directly involved in the successfully mobilization of new contracts supporting the areas of compliance, quality, maintenance and training. Provision of training and oversight to include all technical, operational, regulatory, health and safety requirements. Overall responsibility for compliance with all FRA programs and plans. Facilitate and support regulatory audits including APTA, FRA, OSHA and State Oversight Agencies. Direct support for maintenance plans, technical support, inventory control, rebuilds and overhauls. Provide clients with on-site technical services and development of maintenance plans to meet their operating schedules and capital planning. Assist in the design and flow of new maintenance facilities to support overall operations of passenger rail service.
