I manage a team of highly trained professionals who are subject matter experts on all FranklinCovey content and the FranklinCovey All Access Pass. We help clients identify their strategic results and then link those results with all the tools available to them in their All Access Pass subscriptions. We then monitor the clients\' progress towards their goals on a regular basis and offer creative recommendations around accountability, measurement and delivery modalities. • Created the client success process for FranklinCovey when we transitioned our traditional business model to a SaaS model six years ago. I continue to set and drive the client success strategy. This process has been instrumental in growing FranklinCovey’s subscription revenue from zero to over $100MM in five years. • Recruit, train, manage and develop a team of implementation strategists, who are highly capable subject-matter experts and adult learning consultants serving over enterprise clients worldwide. I have scaled the team enterprise-wide from just myself to 30 in four years. • I have been intimately involved in all aspects of FranklinCovey’s recent business model switch to a SAAS model, including the design, learning modalities and technology necessary to deliver digital learning to over a half million people in the past five years. • Actively collaborate with multiple teams enterprise wide, including product development, sales, marketing, technology and operations. • Successfully manage my own portfolio of clients, consistently achieving over 110% revenue retention and 89% logo retention. • Drive a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration on my team. My leadership NPS scores are some of the highest in the company. • Establish key data driven performance metrics and processes for ongoing assessment of training needs and design scalable solutions to meet the learning needs of our unique client base as well as for my team.
