Skilled areas include staff mentoring, program management, GIS, technical writing, total quality management, and leveraging a variety of asset management strategies using application tools and techniques to perform data gap analysis, asset condition assessments, developing performance targets/KPI\'s, lifecycle costs, and financial investment strategies. I personally value project specific accomplishments through continued collaborate with clients and colleagues. My thirst for knowledge is continually quenched by the ever-evolving geospatial industry. Converting Building Information Models (BIM) or CAD files to GIS or Apple’s Indoors Mapping Data Format (IMDF) format using tools such as ArcGIS Indoors or Safe Software’s Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) keeps the innovative juices flowing. Consistently working on ArcGIS Indoors implementation projects has provide me with the opportunity to hone my skills configuring web map services and applications, deploying apps onto iOS and Android mobile devices, and configuring operational dashboards to disseminate asset information in an easy to understand framework.
