Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. is an Alabama corporation based in Birmingham, providing engineering services in the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection disciplines. We have extensive experience with all types of buildings, in both new construction and renovation projects. This experience has provided us a unique skill set in managing contractual issues and the Construction Administration phase of our projects. We have the ability to develop quality plans and specifications as contract documents, and we also provide services for scheduling and conducting bid openings, providing written bid evaluations and negotiation with contractors where necessary. The Construction Administration phase of all of our projects includes reviewing submittals and shop drawings and providing written review comments, responding to RFI’s, conducting on-site observations during construction with written field reports provided and issuing other post-contract award instructions and documentation.
