My current role within the Northern Region Service Delivery Team for Zayo – Focussed on Project Management & the delivery of Telecom Services to customers across Europe. Products include, Wavelengths, Ethernet, IP, Dark Fibre- End to End management of customer projects for services delivered across Europe inclusive of all Zayo products, including experience of managing infrastructure builds into new Data Centres- Management of the delivery cycle from Post Sale through to Activation- Supplier Management – Ordering and managing the delivery from other Telecom providers to ensure timely and successful delivery- Involvement in process improvement to improve quality & speed of delivery- Training and support to new starters within Service Delivery to bring up to speed on existing processes and products- Supporting Escalation management across a number of products to find root cause and resolve issues in a timely manner.
