ABOUT TOM SUTHERLAND
My background is in the catering and hospitality sector. Having left school at the age of 16 i went on to become an apprentice Front of house for Oxford university based within St Johns college. After 2 years within this role and having completed many courses i left this position to work for Benugo. When i worked for Benugo this was based in the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford providing hospitality in the restaurant and also for the events team. Over the next 2 years my interest for youth work began to blossom. From beginning to volunteer for Oxfordshire county council to re run the TOPAZ lgbt youth project to then becoming a member of staff. Most recently how ever myself and 2 friends have joined forces to create \"Free 2 B ME\"
