I’m someone who thrives on growth—whether it’s in sales, learning, or life in general. My career has been built around helping businesses improve the way they train, develop, and empower their people. But for me, learning isn’t just a job—it’s a mindset. I’m always looking for ways to refine my craft, challenge myself, and connect with others who share that same drive for improvement. Sales, to me, isn’t about pushing products—it’s about understanding problems, providing real value, and building meaningful relationships. From cold outreach to consultative conversations, I love the process of helping organizations find solutions that make a real impact. And I don’t just talk about learning—I live it. Whether it’s diving into new sales strategies, experimenting with gamification in training, or sharpening my skills through programs like Sales Dojo, I’m constantly striving to get better. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me on the golf course—barefoot, whenever possible. Golf is my way to unwind, challenge myself, and embrace the never-ending pursuit of improvement (much like sales and learning).
