Responsible for IT delivery of the Counterparty Lifecycle Management platform (including \"Know Your Customer\") across Shell’s global Trading and Supply business. • Led the RFP process to select a portal technology partner to manage onboarding activity for Shell’s trading counterparties, working with business, compliance and IT to define requirements. • Led the contracting phase to secure favourable terms for Shell. Defined and agreed an Agile working relationship between partners, set up the programme structure and governance, recruited the IT team and put in place a product focused working model for discovery/delivery. • Defined the global roadmap, articulated crisp strategy to stakeholders and partners, delivered a base configuration of the portal solution catering for all due diligence levels. • Created the detailed technical project plan, gaining buy-in across stakeholders, acting as the point of co-ordination for 8 internal teams and 4 partners. • Embedded Agile ways of working, using Azure DevOps, to successfully integrate the portal with the compliance system of record and the master data management tool, via bespoke APIs.
