My role involves defending litigated EL and PL claims including large loss multi-track matters with numerous defendants.In particular, I have experience in defending complex, high value claims under the Animals Act for a number of the most well known horse racing entities in the world. The highlight of this line of work was representing the successful defendant in Dennis vs. Voute Sales Ltd (2022).
