I am a Chartered Member of the RTPI, with 20 years’ planning experience in the UK and Australia, in both statutory and strategic planning. I have significant planning consultancy experience, having worked in pre-eminent private practices in the North West.I specialise in promoting residential developments through the planning process (Local Plans and planning applications). As part of this, I provide clients with planning strategies and carry out assessments of housing land supply. I also specialise in navigating developments in the green belt / grey belt land, town centres & retail planning and infrastructure planning for water and energy companies.
