Responsible for applying the strategy and delivery of technology release and change for YBS Group, as well as technical systems SME knowledge to support overall IT demand.A large focus on transitioning of new services to live seamlessly by interacting with various technical teams including Infrastructure, Architecture and Solution Design to shape and scope activities for IT change.
