ABOUT TOM SKROBACZ

Prior to joining Crowley, Mr. Skrobacz provided executive management consulting for competitive Federal and State acquisitions spanning Information Technology, Telecommunications, Transportation, Protective Services, Health Care and Renewable Energy – working directly with Capture and Proposal management professionals to strategize, craft and successfully prosecute contracts ranging in size from $2M to more than $20B. He is a certified proposal and project management professional and served three years as Technology Chair on the board of the National Capital Area Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.Since joining Crowley in October 2020, Mr. Skrobacz has implemented BD policy and procedures to garner leadership sponsorship and support for the BD Pipeline. The processes include automation to inspect Salesforce Opportunities for compliance and to provide alerts flagging any issues with compliance to the BD Policy. He has also implemented the budget tracking, requisitions and invoicing procedures to procure BD consultants and is utilizing a generative AI platform to assist with solution and proposal development efforts. Mr. Skrobacz is married (40 years) with 4 adult children and grandchildren.
