I am a qualified finance and assurance professional with significant experience across the three lines of defence within the Financial Services sector. I have a proven track record of delivering high quality assurance and oversight activity, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure outcomes are both commercially viable and address the risks appropriately. Drawing on my Finance experience, much of my career has been spent providing oversight or undertaking internal audits of Finance teams. More latterly I\'ve led the formation of a Professional Practices team. This has included coordinating planning and reporting across the Non-Financial Risk team, refreshing and rolling out review methodology, and the development of a Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme.I\'m passionate about learning and development and supporting all colleagues to be their best. During my career I\'ve led several \"people groups\" covering inclusion and diversity, personal development, and wellbeing.
