As a driven Head of PMO I have a background in supporting major business transformation programmes through their lifecycle, with highly satisfied clients across multiple international locations and industries, using numerous programme and project methodologies. My experience includes (but not limited to) governance, gateway reviews, artefact control, drumbeat/MI reporting cadence, identification of risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies, level 0 & 1 portfolio/programme plans, change control, strategic resourcing, configuration and data management, assurance, learning from experience identification and implementation, and stakeholder management. I have a high competence with basic PMO duties such as action logs, recording and documentation of meeting/workshop outputs for all stakeholder levels including Programme Boards working at CEO-level of multinational clients, along with PMO policy and process mapping and refinement for all PMO responsibilities, workshop and conference organisation, lessons learned tracking and embedding, and communication. I also have experience of overall responsibility of Programme governance artefacts and gateway assurance, including responsibility of contractual payment approvals, the management of milestone acceptance certificates and criteria.
