ABOUT TOM SCHROCK

I am a seasoned operations and sales executive with over 40 years of cross-industry experience spanning the security and automotive sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strategic leadership, multi-state team management, and operational transformation. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance benchmarks while helping companies achieve maximum output with optimal resource use. Professional focal points include strategic operations planning, security management, automotive retail leadership, P&L ownership, compliance oversight, customer retention, and team development. Delivering results in these areas requires effective communication, performance coaching, market analysis, and a deep understanding of both frontline and executive-level business needs. Currently, I am the General Manager for Everon / ADT Commercial LLC (formerly Red Hawk, UTC, CHUBB), where I lead a regional team of 130 employees across five states and manage an annual P&L exceeding $40 million. Under my leadership, we consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, achieve compliance standards, and carry out customer-centric business strategies that fuel regional growth. Previously, I held leadership and consulting roles in the automotive sector, including as a Managing Partner with Bridgestone/Firestone and as a MAST Alliance Specialist with National Tire Warehouse. In these roles, I developed market-specific sales strategies, trained frontline teams, maintained direct operational oversight, and contributed to brand expansion across high-volume territories.
