Accountable for sales, delivery, and commercial outcomes across AI, ML, and Data Engineering engagements. Lead multiple concurrent client programmes, providing senior technical direction, delivery oversight, and commercial governance.Own end-to-end engagement delivery, from shaping opportunities and defining scope through to execution, risk management, and client outcomes. Act as senior technical authority across Databricks and Azure platforms, remaining hands-on where appropriate to set standards, unblock delivery, and ensure quality.Design and oversee scalable data platforms, analytics, streaming, and machine learning solutions, establishing reusable architectures, delivery patterns, and implementation standards that enable clients to operationalise and extend solutions independently.Develop, maintain, and govern reusable IP, including enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities, ensuring solutions are secure, trusted, and aligned to client governance and regulatory requirements.Lead, manage, and develop senior consultants, providing pastoral support, performance management, and career development, while balancing people leadership with day-to-day consultancy responsibilities.Own Data Engineering recruitment end-to-end, including hiring strategy, technical assessment, and onboarding, and contribute to the development of internal standards, capability, and proposition maturity across the practice.
