Seeking The Next Challenge/Opportunity ** High energy IT Leader with a proven track record delivering quality IT & Business solutions; Notable accomplishments: • Pomeroy: 1) Scoped and restarted a BI program that failed via three previous Managers over ~2.5 years, 2) Instilled within the BI team a sense of balancing \'BI theory\' with a pragmatic/tangible set of solutions (via sprints), 3) Built relationships with functional leads to set and clearly communicate the pace & sequence of BI deliverables. • General Cable: 1) Defined and began implementation a series of standards in data modeling, metadata, application development/ownership/roles, overall BI architecture, DBA roles, support procedures and project governance/control, 2) Developing a ‘portfolio rationalization and modernization program’ to consolidate certain aspects of three regional/disparate BI platforms. • Covance: 1) Co-led a major Datawarehouse (DWH) replatform program, 2) Owned all aspects of Application development/support for 10 major applications. Defined the scope and put in motion a series of projects to modernize/replatform the applications. • Citi: 1) Led the scope and execution for the creation of several datamarts used by Citi Credit Cards and a key Retail customer, 2) Led migration of a legacy DWH to a top-tier architecture, 3) Led creation and roll-out of an online/batch reporting application supporting 2,500+ US Citi branches. • YUM Brands: 1) Partnered with Finance and owned the development of a new DWH program. The DWH integrates 15 subject-areas and has 10K+ users in US and 6 International markets, 2) Defined scope, gained approval and owned a ‘data mart consolidation program’ where ~45 applications were merged into the YUM DWH, 3) Responsible for the system updates and rollout of a price monitoring/replenishment SCM system in US and 4 non-US markets, 4) Supported all interfaces to the DWH associated with a migration from legacy financial/HR/ payroll platform to PSoft/Oracle ERP.

   Responsible for the definition and deployment of Pomeroy\'s BI and Reporting platform. Manage a team of full-time and contract resources across all areas of the BI spectrum: BA, Modeling, ETL/ELT and consuming tools. Scope includes the technical as well as functional/business facing aspects of a BI platform. Currently re-defining the overall BI architecture as well as interacting with Business functions at all levels to understand current BI functionality and opportunities to leverage BI to drive innovation and transformation.
