As CFO my core responsibilities are leading the finance team and overseeing group financial management. This includes financial operations, reporting, forecasting & budgeting, cashflow management, systems & processes, data control & analysis, risk management, regulatory & tax compliance, stakeholder & investor relations and corporate transactions. Alongside the other members of the executive team I’m also responsible for setting the group’s vision, strategy, governance, and corporate plans.
